These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Happiora website and your booking with Happiora Queenstown Limited.
Bookings and payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Rates are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by rate. Please refer to your confirmation email. No-shows may be charged the full stay amount. We recommend travel insurance for winter bookings.
Hotel policies
All rooms are non-smoking. Noise should be kept to a respectful level after 22:00. The casino-inspired lounge is available to hotel guests only and does not involve real-money gambling or online gaming.
Liability
Happiora Queenstown Limited is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.
